Es uh uh plantain and the tacos okay hi guys so we are here at Rosa Mexicano um I have been here before and just in case that’s a very loud menu um but I’m going to put the uh the video for it um over here if you haven’t seen it before go ahead and you’ll see a different dining review we are going to repeat a couple things I had the last.
Time the uh plas and the plantains are going to get repeated um but we’re also trying the Bea tacos and we’re going to try the esas which I didn’t have the last time we’re also trying different alcoholic beverages we will tell you about all of them um again if you haven’t done so already remember to like and share we’re we hit 500 subscribers.
As of the filming of this and uh we when we hit 1 th000 I will have another gift reward I’ve already got it Pati and set aside um but uh yeah if you’ve got questions about eating your like I said I’ve already done it before but this time we decided to eat at the bar so we’re going to try to be a little bit nice there are people close to us and we.
Would like to respect that um but we will give you reviews we will tell you about fun stuff and we’ll talk to you when the food starts to get up here cuz we ordered stuff just in case so I don’t forget um when we got here they sat down chips in front of us and then I alerted them to the fact that I might gluten allergy cuz I had pre- reserved dis.
Space we did walk the waiting list they took those chips away they brought us a separate group of chips so we have our own glutenfree chips the Sals is fine um uh I will try to see if I can find the Sals is fine um and actually it’s really nice I just tried it and I’m sorry I didn’t do it on camera but to give you an.
Idea so there a heavy Smoky layer to this and it sounds really weird but almost buttery and smokiness um solid burn just a creamy kind of like right in the middle of your palette um definite spice and a little bit of sweetness from the Tomato but because of that smokiness and that bur.
You really it’s not super S no what do you do you have any other it’s not sweet it’s not really hot but you feel a little burn as you’re going down yeah but it’s it’s just a tad you know it’s something that’s it’s there it’s fantastic by the way my my mouth is still burning I’ll be honest I still feel it but you know wh um but the.
Flavor is great and it’s different than your standard salsa it’s not it’s not you know the the kind of sugary sweet that you often get the tomatoes can be and it’s a very p so she doesn’t like Peppers actually but it’s prr to a point where it’s just endemic in the flavor rather than being something separate so we’ll tell you when food gets here is.
That’s my drink people good Lord yeah this is cranberry juice and liquid nitren so just stra from this top I want wait cranberry juice liquid nitrogen tasted that yet I still want that so does this go in here no this is going to be some contrast so you can see the smoke on there so okay but don’t drink the cranberry juice I feel sad for the.
Cranberry juice now poor cranberry juice well it’s not going to hurt you once it’s stop smoking that is true and I got a margarita and tell and it is absolutely delicious it’s just enough salt on the rim some sometimes they put too much and it’s got grandar in it and it is absolutely delicious and this is the launa which is the classic margarita.
That they offer if you want the grand Mar Bas and I did so mine is called the the Smokey and there’s a whole well yeah okay pictures are different sorry we’re teaching Lou how put it back we’re teaching Lou how to do this stuff so uh we’ll be back guys I’ll try my drink in a sec okay so we are now.
Trying this it is half salted I’m generally not good with salt on mine but we’re going to give it a trace just like a sweet classic margarita oh okay I’m getting a lot of the Agave a lot of them the lime I love the fact that it’s not in my scy cuz I don’t like that smokiness I’m going to have her T try it.
Taste and see what she thinks it’s salt on the one side it’s really nice it’s kind of sweet yeah a little bit Yeah it when you first taste it a sweet and then you get the lime other taste off it’s like one after another yeah it it layers it layers one after it’s really nice very nice it’s very.
Interesting all right so I’m going to may I try yours yes please yes that is that is lovely we’re trying hers now very good oh that’s nice yeah I see the differ talk it so hers which is a traditional sort of an under depth to it whereas mine but this one also have to gra Mar I know this is like a higher.
Pitch like it hits the center pallet whereas that one hits you a little back here and I’m not centered but that’s okay cuz we’re drinking I would drink either of these happily they both are pretty much on the in the mark and mine’s the Smokey can you look up the name of it again.
Smokey the Fire and Ice it is a stormy Su mro toila quantro aave nectar fresh lime and a half salt and actually I normally don’t like salt myin but it’s it’s really nice with this again because of the sweetness it just balances it yours is lovely this is this is a great Margarita for the f a classic classic marar little gra this one has all the.
Other flavors in it yeah I mean you can taste everything it goes down yeah that’s that layer layer layer it’s it’s really lovely it’s really lovely so that’s where we are uh we’re going to drink until the food gets here cuz we have to just go upstairs after hopefully the food gets here soon yeah well hopefully we may not remember much of.
This this may become a very shaky video pictures will go right here and uh Lou is going to start by talking about the flus I have to T she looks confused I thought they were going to be a little more spicy than they are oh no.
But they’re not spicy at all and they’re the texture of this is the whatever you call it crunch is perfect it’s just so crispy it’s got it doesn’t have a lot of Flavor Flavor that’s because I have the other stuff over here I would definitely recommend these they are very good you see what you think these are the ones I’ve had before so you’ve got a crma.
There you’ve also got an avocado I believe yep so that and it’s a little bit of a Cabbage that she’s dipping it in now oh it is very oh yeah it just brightens it up it just get that moisture it is so good yeah and then I was mentioning you could also just dip in the salsa cuz why not okay so I’m going to I’ve had these the last time.
Like I said it was in that other review I’m going to have him again the chicken is it’s very moist just not a lot of flavor to it I’m going to dig into the uh avocado stuff actually I put some on my plate CA my old nice punch really nice punch um yeah Prett good.
flavor out of 10 what do you think ium I would give it about an eight eight only because the chicken doesn’t have a lot of flavor by itself then it’s not spicy you mean yeah no but when you add but when you add this into it it just goes up high mhm yeah so quite lovely okay now warning for.
Those of you who are shilia you cannot have this next item if you have cross contamination issues you cannot have this next item the fryer is not safe but the so the plantains are cooked in that fryer um and we were warned when I got them now I had them before and I didn’t have an issue but I am not as sensitive as.
Everybody else so again cross contamination warning here but these are the the uh plantains and we loved them last time a little drier than last time but they’re still amazing I’m going to have blue try them it’s like dessert it has a real little Tang to it.
They have this really sweet little tang and it’s not too sweet that Crema yeah I mean it and they’re not overcooked they’re perfect I would I would say on a scale of 1 to 10 I would definitely give these a okay cuz I think they’re it is it’s like having a dessert in your mouth yeah right so I’m now putting some of the es street corn on my platter I’m.
Giving some to W and she’s there she can fry it what is mixed in with it good you’ll have to read the description again cuz I don’t remember um there is a there’s a spicy mayo I believe it’s roasted corn there’s cilantro it’s go cheese all right so you get the corn up from you get a solid burn going.
Through CA cheese that’s kind of Salish the Mayo oh my God this is like very complex the corn has a bit of smokiness go The Roasting is that the pan in the mail is that b and then the corn is sweet at the end yeah yeah I need jeno May so.
Thought I’ve never had anything like it all I can say is um the corn is it’s crunchy it’s got a little bit of some of it’s a little brown which is great is that roasting yeah it’s the roasting and the jalapeno n Mayo is I’m not a pepper person this is great this Ian it really is and then it’s got the little bit of other cheese in here with.
ITA yep no it’s on a scale of 1 to 10 and I’m not a jalapeno person I would definitely give this a nine mhm I agree I definitely give it a nine okay we have one thing left and this is the one I’ve been really excited about and that is the beauty of tacos they gave us three which means we’re going to fight.
Over the last last one but it looks like this and when you eat beia tacos oops dip them in a consumate so I’ve just dipped in cé good flavor let me get her respon this isn’t like any Taco I’ve ever had it is crispy it’s a little greasy a little bit yeah which which is actually good cuz Taco should be greasy.
And they got and the sauce here oh my God consum thank you she she sends this over to me when I’m eating so she’s practice to be a wafer yeah and the meat is cooked perfect yeah it’s so soft it is just yeah it’s and I don’t know what they have in it for meat besides the cheese but it’s I don’t know that there’s any cheese theia is just.
Like that slow roasted that’s not cheese oh that might be I didn’t see cheese on maybe there is cheese there there is a little cheese oh my this is one I would in my opinion I would eat it again I’m going to give it a 10 yeah okay so I had berer a tacos just the other day as a matter of fact cuz I’ve just got on this kick of I need to try.
All the berot tacos that exist it’s very good I’m going to give it a nine though cuz I like the ones the other day even wor but they’re awesome yes thank you um a nice flavor of K has a lot of like that tomato base in it to lighten it up just an exceptional exceptional meal.
Here we’ve eaten everything there may be dessert in our future there might be more food in our future we don’t yet we’re going to finish this and we will talk to you soon so I’m putting a picture of the bill right here uh so as you can see the with the flus the beia tacos the eses which to be honest we couldn’t finish uh the plantains a drink.
