Wholesome and Delicious: The Easiest Quinoa Bread Recipe Ever!
Okay so I seen a video just recently that said you can make bread out of quinoa which is quinoa and water so me put y’all on the thing and I’m going to see if this is true okay so I have no idea there was.
No um recipe or instructions it just say qu and water so I am going to try maybe a half a cup of quinoa and theirs look a little liquidy I’m going to see.
But first let me rinse this okay and I’m not sure how much water start off with a half a cup I know the consistency the consistency looked a little bit watery so let’s.
See okay maybe I should start off slow this came while as expensive okay let’s try that again I should have started out I hope I just didn’t waste.
Of a cup of qu one I have a pretty good blender so I’m thinking this is as good as it’s going to get it’s consistency y see that so let’s go over to the stove.
Okay I should have had this going already but we going to turn that on let that heat up and I’m curious to see what this turn into I’m waiting on that to heat up I’m going to add just a little bit of salt Cu uh quinoa already has a unique flavor.
So okay so I don’t know that she had a non-stick pan and she put she didn’t put any oil in it if I can remember I forgot where I saw the recipe at but I just know I said I was going to try it so my cast iron is nonstick so I’m not going to put any oil this is a look.
A I wonder it just too thick I’m going turn it down so it won’t cook too fast I’m going to keep this camera rolling so we can see this a real time it still feels greeny to me though still cooking through like a just like a tortilla I don’t know if I made it.
Too thick let’s see what it’s looking like under here I should have went from that side just spread out om mg I think it’s really turning into bread let’s.
See I’m nervous let’s put wow what I just tasted that little piece to see what it would taste like okay I’mma come back once that’s how it’s done and keep y’all here like that okay got a little bit of crisp on that side I’m just trying to make sure.
It’s all the way done cuz it was a little bit thick so it’s making me think that I maybe could have added a little bit more water but this look like it’ll hold up good to whatever you’re going to put in it and I was thinking about putting some vegetables in it like some.
Mushrooms and things like uh onions and stuff and peppers but for now I’m just going to try it okay it’s hot let me see what look at the consistency ohg okay I’m greedy y’all so I’m about to chaste it while it’s hot get out of.
Here okay I would give this an eight out of 10 because quinoa does have a unique flavor but I’m glad that I added the little bit of salt that I added but y’all see the way it’s tearing it’s tearing like bread just two ingredients quinoa and water in a.
Blender if you’re looking for a gluten-free option an alkaline option to your wraps look at that wow yeah 10 I going to say 10 out of 10 but 8 out of 10 um man this is this is not bad I would definitely recommend this all right thanks for.
Watching I’ll see you guys tomorrow
