Hey folks Keith with 93 Lumber coming back at you with another beer this is a gluten-free beer I’ve been having some issues with uh eating eating gluten gluten eating gluten I don’t know why I was thinking there was something else after that um.
So I decided to pick up been picking up more gluten-free stuff recently um so this is green gluten-free dry hop blogger it is 4.1% alcohol by volume uh clean with a crisp light malt taste herbal hoppy finish body and mouth feel are light B body and mouth feel are light and.
Refreshing product of Belgium gluten-free vegan approved uh it does have ingredients and stuff on here um ingredients are water Millet buckwheat Sor gum brown rice Hops and yeast uh says best before 14326 and it.
Is so that’s March 14th 2026 it is December 29th 2023 so well within well within that range so I don’t know if they give this three years two and a half years I’m not I’m not sure what the not sure what the the range on this thing would.
Be but uh yeah they make um they make some other other ones but I picked this one up cuz one it’s in a bottle two it’s a dry hob logger and I do enjoy dryhop loggers and three it is 4.1% which is a nice percent so yeah that is a very.
Clear uh kind of uh yellow kind of on the more pastel kind of yellow straw color um there’s a little goldenness to it um that is 3/4 of a finger of a white white kind of soapy sudsy kind of head it looks good let’s see what’s on like man I don’t know I don’t know if that’s from the dry.
Hop I think it might be from the dry hop there’s a really nice um kind of I guess it would be herbal little lemony or should say just Citrus in general man that smells really good I think some of that um is the uh what they use for the M inness or like the.
Sor gum and and buckwhat and stuff cuz I know those things can uh add some nice nice a flavor and Aroma to gluten-free beer so it’s not just not just uh whatever but it smells really nice so let’s see what it tastes like cheers yeah right up front you get hit with.
That dry hop it’s very similar to the aroma um not as intense I would say just it’s it’s a little it’s a little less intense than the aroma there is a kind of a minty like eucalyptus Maybe thing in here that’s super.
Nice um it’s it’s very light it’s very light you get a little bit of the uh I don’t know what specifically it is but uh or if it’s a combination of the things but you get a little bit of that um there’s a little bit of like an earthy kind of uh thing from the from.
The malts used I don’t know if calling them malts is the right thing I don’t know from the grain Bell I guess you would say Clara what are you doing yeah I’m not sure another reason why I got bottles of this was because I they have they have.
Other beers that are in cans this one I did not find in cans um but Clara hey Clara she’s being bad she hasn’t been in here for a while cuz it’s nightmare in here cuz I got a lamp we got a new couch today so some of our stuff is displaced.
Until we rearrange some things but uh anyway um yeah this would this is is it December this is December 29th but this would be really nice on a on a nice summer day yeah herbal little Citrus and then that mint eucalyptus thing it’s really good um so yeah thanks for hanging out hope.
