good morning here’s another what I eat in a day video that I hope will inspire you to try some of these vegan meats as usual everything I eat is also gluten-free so I started my morning with some delicious avocado toast with some Thin slid cucumber and also some bell pepper I hope my next avocado looks a.

Bit better inside but it was still very good on my sandwich so just mashed avocado together with some lemon juice salt and black pepper and as I told you before I love to always have some homemade made gluten-free bread in the freezer perfect for toasting this is a Bak wheat oat Sargon bread with a lot of seeds and.

Then when the bread is really crispy I topped it with the fresh avocado MH and the veggies plus some spinach I also love to top toast with some nutritional yeast I also added some fruits to my breakfast so I also prepared a little fruit salad with mango banana and also some pomegranate I topped it with some.

Cashews almonds and also some cinnamon and cardamon so good this breakfast really keep me full until lunch and I’m really enjoyed to mix both Savory and sweet flavors and then it was time for lunch and I was going to make some different kind of tacos I had a plantain in the fridge.

That I baked in the oven with some salt it’s a perfect alternative to ordinary Taco nachos and if you want some variation bake in the oven in 220 cΒ° for about 10 minutes but watch them so they don’t get burned I made them oil free but you can also add some oil if you prefer then I started to shop some veggies and I started to shop some.

Cucumber in small cubes then I also wanted some Tomatoes which fits so good together with tacos then also some bell pepper which is full of vitamin C I really love this vegetable then I also wanted some healthy fats so I added the other half of the avocado chopped it up in small cubes I also squeezed some lemon juice.

Over it and I added some fresh spinach spinach contains iron which also is more easy to absorb if you eat something with vitamin C together with it so the lemon juice and the bell pepper is perfect together with this and no tacos without coriander according to to me then I started to make some spicy black beans so I grabbed a skillet and.

Added some olive oil then add black beans salt pepper paprika powder cumin chili flakes and also some garlic powder I stirred it all around and then also added some tomato paste and some water let it cook for a few minutes until the.

Water is gone then the lunch was ready for serving so I added all the greens the spinach the bell pepper the Cucumber the tomatoes the wonderful crispy baked plantain and then also the black beans then I also added some vegan yogurt some.

Tomato Taco salsa some coriander and also some ham seeds on the top I really really enjoyed this plate in the afternoon I also ate some delicious and healthy banana chocolate cookies that I prepared the day before.

They are so good and also super easy so I will add the recipe in the description if you want to try them I had three of these then it was dinner time and I wanted to have something with peanut butter I started to cook some red rice and I really love red and black rice if you haven’t tried it I can really recommend it it has a bit nutty flavor.

And it has a little bit more Sho then I shopped and washed some leak and added it to a steal it with some olive oil then I also added some green beans and chopped up some cauliflower which I can’t get enough of right now it feels like every video I make I cook something with cauliflower you can of course switch to the veggies you prefer.

Or like the best I added the cauliflower into the skillet and also some chestnuts for some crunch then I also added some cooked green lentils salt black pepper chili flakes some garlic and stirred it all around I also added some tamari sauce some rice vinegar and of course some crunchy peanut butter lemon juice and some water this dish is so creamy.

And so delicious so add the red rice in a bowl and then add the peanut lentil veggies some cucumber and CH with some coriander and some extra lemon this was so good before bedtime I also had a little extra.

Snack a very fast oat chocolate bar thing I just impris in the kitchen it was really good and a perfect last snack before it was time to sleep I will also add this recipe in the description and the next time I maybe should have some parchment paper in the baking form just to make things a little bit.

Easier so this was it for today I hope you enjoyed it and that you liked this video take care and thank you so much for watching
