Hi loves! 2024 is the year I focus more on my health so here’s a typical what I eat in a day. I’m not fully gluten free, im just overall trying to reduce my gluten intake. Hopefully some of these easy recipes inspire you to make some yummy food at home! Xo Han.
2024 is the year that I have decided to prioritize my health. In this video, I will be sharing a glimpse of what I usually eat in a day. Although I am not completely gluten free, I am making an effort to minimize my gluten consumption. My aim is to inspire you with these simple recipes so that you can create delicious meals in the comfort of your own home.

Good morning since we’re home all day I thought today would be the perfect day to do kind of an updated what I eat in a day obviously it’s like going to be different every single day um but here’s kind of what I’ve been loving lately I’ve been trying to be a little bit more gluten-free because apparently I have a little intolerance to it um and plus.
It’ll help kind of heal my gut some gut healthy options and food like that so just a little bit more better for you and well-rounded meals I’ve been trying to solved my insomnia issue so I went to a naturopath and they told me things I’m deficient in and things like that and changing my diet could help so I’ll just show you guys kind of um what I’ve been.
Whipping up in the kitchen starting with breakfast um the first thing that I’ve been putting in my body has been a bone broth in the morning I always would hear people be like start your day like empty stomach with bone broth and I was like like I want coffee instead but um apparently coffee kind of like is better when whenever you have food in your.
Stomach who knew um so I’ve been doing Kettle and fire apparently this is a really good rated brand I like the beef Brown broth um but I sometimes do the chicken too I don’t add anything to it some people think that’s gross but I think it tastes fine tastes like chicken noodle soup okay while I’m sipping on my bone.
Broth I’m going to start with breakfast and I feel like my breakfast routine is like very important to me I’m not one of those people who can just like wait until 100 p.m. to eat anything like I wake up so hungry um I’ve always been like that and so we are going to do some Avo toast with Jammy.
Eggs and yeah it’s just been my new thing glutenfree Loaf from a local bakery and oh my gosh it is so good I don’t know why I never bought fresh loaves before but now I get the hype and I’m obsessed it’s kind of like almost spongy and when it heats up in the toaster it gets like crispy oh it’s so good so we are going to assemble our Avo.
Toast adding avocado I would make Dylan one but he said he already ate he’s been eating these little like overnight oats things and really loving those I don’t like sweet in the morning I need like savory so that’s what I’m doing garlic pepper Tomatoes I cut up and a few serrano.
Peppers because I think they’re so spicy and delicious feta my morning routines like my breakfast morning routines have kind of been like bone broth then food then I take vitamins so I’m not taking them on an empty stomach and then I do my cup of Joe I’m going to test out these eggs I feel like they’re going to be a little.
Bit on the soft side but I’d much rather have that than like a hard double EG like I I can’t do it so hopefully these look okay oh wait she’s stunning okay we’ll take that little bit of paprika salt and pepper I wish the eggs were a little bit more cooked like ever.
So slightly so that it would be more of like a jam consistency but um the Runnin is kind of good with the elbow toast so it’s fine here’s the supplements I take in the morning vitamin D a thyroid support Pro Mega and b12 lunch time um I just got a spray tan so that’s why I look a little crazy cuz.
I can’t wash it off yet but since I had kind of a later heavyish breakfast I’ll do a lighter lunch and then probably a heavier dinner I feel like every day I have like one meal that’s a little lighter than the others um so today it’s going to be lunch plus if I have too heavy of a lunch um it kind of slows me down a little so I prefer like the heavy.
Breakfast light lunch normal to heavy dinner R having a salad so I love these bowls these are from like Amazon I think and I just think everything taste better in them so I’m going to start with arugula which is my favorite lettuce or green I guess I’m going to chop up some cucumber I typically like green grapes.
In my salad some people hate sweet stuff in their salad but I always like a fun fruit um we don’t have grapes but I have pear so I’m going to just chop up a little bit of that and sprinkle it in I have some green onion I just cleaned I don’t like to chop it up for some reason I just bite a piece off of it if I want it I know that’s kind of weird but.
That’s how my mom does it so that’s how I do it I had these with Sai peas and I thought I’d add a little fun crunch in here they’re kind of spicy um we’re going to go in with even more Crunch and add cashews cashews are probably my favorite nut for salad just tastes so good okay I just added a little bit of.
Rotisserie chicken for protein I’m kind of still scared to cook chicken so I like the kind that’s already shuted up for me I don’t know if this is fresh parmesan but it’s like fancier than a normal kind that I buy I’m just adding a little bit of parm avocado oil garlic pepper just trust me garlic pepper is where it’s at.
This might be problematic but I like to go in with a little bit of a chili crunch on like the chicken part just for a little spice voila there’s my yummy salad the water that I love is it’s cold water in a mason jar I’m going to do it in electrolyte this is the water.
Boy strawberry lemonade which is really good I swear electrolyte like flavored ones make me drink drink so much more water it’s I kind of lowkey don’t like water ice and a straw essentially every salad that I make um consists of most of these ingredients and I’ll like sub out like.
Three of them so good it’s almost 4:00 p.m and I’m going to go in with my favorite little snack Nutella and peanut butter like a spoonful of it it’s just so good to me okay it’s dinner time and I have some baked potatoes in the oven I feel like.
Baked potatoes are like a superfood and I just really like them lately um and then dlan what are you making doing the protein and veggies chicken oh am I also doing veggies yeah uhoh chicken chicken with a little lemon butter let’s see how seasoning the green one Rosemary Capers do you know what you’re making D.
I don’t know what’s going on definely not basil it couldn’t be this is our drawer garlic thme maybe that’s what I was thinking okay and then some broccoli yeah yeah butter sauce I have become a baked potato Queen pop.
Off Queen it’s like one of my favorite things it’s so good for you too it’s like filled with nutrients it’s so delicious they’re so aesthetic and they’re so aesthetic it look it looks like a big old log I’ll have six logs for dinner please and here’s dinner voila I did a little bit of mild sauce on the chicken too just because I like a.
Little spice very good okay for dessert we don’t always do dessert but it’s just sounds good right now I saw this thing on Tik Tok and I’ve been just trying all these like viral random recipes and like Trends and instead of giving this one to Tik Tok I’m going to give it to YouTube so we are going to try the viral ice.
Cream olive oil and salt and y’all know how it is I’m not going to lie and tell you that it’s good if it’s not good so let’s try it out one vanilla ice cream I know just a little drizzly they said it kind of enhances the flavor apparently I can Envision salt doing it but the olive oil well you hand me the salt salt B salt b.
S okay you ready cheers why did I almost blow on it like it was hot that one had more on it M so I don’t like the olil I don’t hate it I don’t like the olil I like the normal ice cream the normal ice cream is good the salt a little bit of salt is.
Good but than that I get it um it almost gave it a little bit of an olivey flavor like salty which I do like a salty and sweet but am I obsessed with it no I’d rather have like crunchy pecans or peanut butter or pretzels in it versus like I like caviar with champagne I like caviar I’m going to go relax and watch TV maybe watch a movie.
