Deliciously Healthy: Easy Recipe for Gluten-Free, Vegan Olive & Rosemary Bread π±
This is a description of a YouTube video featuring a new gluten-free and vegan bread recipe. The recipe is not only delicious but also easy to make. The bread has a savory taste from the olives and a fragrant flavor from the rosemary. You can choose to make the bread yeast-free by replacing the yeast with 2 teaspoons of bicarbonate soda and 1 1/2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
The ingredients for this bread recipe include gluten-free oat flour, teff flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, fresh yeast, lukewarm water, organic olives, fresh rosemary, psyllium powder, salt, and olive oil. To prepare the bread, you need to mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the chopped rosemary and olives. In a separate bowl, crumble the yeast and mix it with lukewarm water. Combine the water with the dry ingredients and stir until the dough thickens.
Allow the dough to rise for about 2 hours in a warm room, covered with a towel. Alternatively, you can let it rise for 2 hours at room temperature and then refrigerate it overnight. Bake the bread at 220Β°C for 1 hour. For a crustier texture, you can place a form with water at the bottom of the oven. Once the bread is baked, let it cool completely before slicing.
This gluten-free and vegan bread is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or any other meal. It is a healthy and delicious option for those following a gluten-free and vegan diet.
