Delicious and Healthy Breakfast Treats for Everyone!
This granola recipe is a delightful blend of crunchy and chewy textures, packed with flavor and made from wholesome ingredients. One of its standout features is the ability to customize it according to dietary preferences, making it suitable for vegan, gluten-free, and alpha gal-friendly diets. The recipe calls for basic ingredients such as old-fashioned rolled oats, a mix of raw nuts and seeds, and optional coconut flakes, ensuring that you know exactly what goes into your granola.
To prepare this delicious granola, start by combining oats, nuts or seeds, salt, and cinnamon. Then, mix in melted coconut or olive oil, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract until everything is well coated. Baking it at 350°F results in a golden, crunchy treat that can be enhanced with your favorite dried fruits or mix-ins like cranberries, raisins, or chocolate chips. Once baked, allow the granola to cool completely for the best texture, before storing it in an airtight container for freshness.
