Hey guys welcome back to buts Paradise today I’m excited to share this super healthy Roti recipe made with oats and buck feet flour and packed with vibrant veggies and fresh mayy leaves this Roti is an absolute Powerhouse of fiber protein calcium and iron making it the perfect balanced meal for any time of the day be it breakfast lunch or dinner.
So it’s very easy to prepare and it’s perfect for lunch boxes too you don’t even need a side dish enjoy it with pickle Chutney or some curd so let’s dive in and make this nutritious Delight here I have added mey leaves grated pumpkin onion Ginger green chili in a bowl I’ve also added some salt here I’m adding 4 to 5 tbsp of tacha this is kind.
Of Chutney powder this recipe you can find in my channel I’m also adding some uh grated cooked sweet potato mash everything very well so this veggies have lot of moisture when we add salt it will leave all its moisture so don’t add any water yet mix and mash well here I’ve added uh 1 cup of.
Oats I’ve just grinded the O oats mix well now here I have taken kutu ATA this is Buck feet floor this is rich in fiber and phosphorus and B1 this is very good for health the color is kind of black add 2 cups of bakat flour now mix everything uh very well.
Don’t add water yet now I’m adding a boiling water this is very hot so I’m using a spoon here since buckwit flour is naturally glutenfree I’m adding some hot water to help with the binding this will make the dough easy to work with and give it a consistency similar to chapati dough so shaping it will be a breeze it’s the.
Perfect texture for making soft yet sturdy Roes that hold all the flavors and nutrients together the the consistency looks perfect like a chapati dough rest for at least 10 minutes now here I’ve taken aluminium foil if you have Puri maker you can use that as well for me this is easy apply some oil.
Below now shape the dough like this you can make thin thick according to your preference this is very easy to make this doesn’t need any effort I made a thin Roti now put it on a hot tawa just leave it like this for at least 2 minutes the aluminum foil will come out.
On its own slowly open it sometimes if you put less oil this might stick so apply generous amount of oil this roty is not only super delicious but also incredibly nutritious it’s packed with all the essential nutrients for your body needs and it’s rich in fiber it’s the perfect addition.
