Gluten Free Pizza Calzone

Enjoy a delicious gluten-free pizza calzone, packed with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. Perfect for pizza lovers with dietary needs!

Deliciously Crafted for a Guilt-Free Indulgence

Creating a delicious gluten-free pizza at home can be both simple and satisfying. Start with a gluten-free pizza crust, which serves as the foundation for your pizza. This crust can be made from a variety of gluten-free flours, ensuring that those with dietary restrictions can enjoy a classic favorite. It’s crucial to follow a reliable recipe for the crust to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.

Once you have your crust ready, the next step is to add your desired toppings. This is where you can get creative, choosing from a wide range of ingredients such as fresh vegetables, various cheeses, and your favorite sauces. After assembling your pizza, bake it at 425°F for about 15 minutes, or until it reaches a golden brown color. This baking time will allow the crust to become crispy while ensuring that the toppings are cooked to perfection.

Savor the Freedom: Indulge in a Delectable Gluten-Free Calzone Delight!

welcome back to cooking with M um today I am making a glutenfree pizza calzone I just finished up our tutorial on our gluten-free pizza dough which I use this um this gluten-free pizza flour in so we are going to finish this up but I’m going to show you how we make it into a calzone I have taken our dough which had.

Been rolled up like this and I placed it on a sheet pan that has foil that I sprayed with olive oil now I’m going to take our toppings um all you have to do for the dough is using your hands just spread it out like this to the desired thickness you can see just like so so the first thing we’re going to do is we’re going to take some spaghetti sauce.

You can use any sauce that you like I have homemade and since this is a calzone I’m only going to do half if you were making a pizza you could do the whole thing be careful of the edges you don’t want it um to get the sauce too close to the edges because we have to seal it and I’m going to add some of this Epicure Pizza.

Seasoning to it so we’re just going to sprinkle that on this just adds a little additional flavor to my spaghetti sauce like that and then from here it’s going to be whatever so uh toppings that you like so I’m actually using this mozzarella provolone mix instead of just mozzarella that.

Down then I’m going to throw on some pepperoni this comes together fairly quickly once you have your Dough made and the dough takes an hour to proof and about a half an hour to mix and knad I use my stand mixer to do that while it was proofing I took my onions and my bell peppers and.

Um finally chopped them for this you can finally chop them for pizza as well if it’s easier or you can do the rings we go you want to make sure the toppings stay away from the edges and then just some sliced mushrooms and the nice thing about pizza is you can make it however you want you.

Can make it a white pizza a chicken buffalo Hawaiian whatever your heart’s desire okay once we do that we’re going to take this side and we’re going to fold it over like so and now we’re going to crimp the edges and what I want to do is bring the bottom and fold it over the top and pinch so that the topping stay.

In and we’re just going to rotate our pan as we go around this is where the olive oil comes in handy because the dough doesn’t stick to your pan it makes it easier to pull up that bottom and pour it over we are back in our count zone is done so we’re going to pop this out of the.

oven and I’m going to place this on my cutting board okay so you can um cut it and serve it like this I’m going to brush just the top with just some let’s grab some butter out of the.

Fridge and I’m just going to give it just a little bit of brushing just for some added flavor but you do not have to do this you could do butter and garlic if you liked let’s cut this open so you can see this is our glutenfree pone there we go that beautiful Pizza.

Across the fillings and this is going to be lunch thank you so much for joining me today for the gluten-free pizza calzone I hope you enjoyed as much as I do this has been cooking with Mal wear tradition meets taste
