Good morning everybody good morning I’m as AJ and this is my wife L good morning this I am 43 weeks carnivore my wife is somebody erased it 3 35 yeah 35 weeks you’re like eight or you’re 11 months and I’m like eight months now so whatever that ends up me.
Yeah we’ll get we’re looking at our notes we have below the camera she she yeah that’s how long we’ve been but I think a certain seven-year-old daughter erased some of it yeah trying to play tricks on us yeah but that’s roughly how long we’ve been carnivore and this month we’ve been dairy free yeah this month we have been.
Dairy free and I’m I am enjoying seeing the benefits yeah I was say repercussions but it’s not repercussions we’re at the end of January month D free challenge so it it’s pretty easy now yeah we still get to we still get to have our we still have to have our sweet and black coffee because we have a seven-month-old that has.
Decided for the last month month and a half that she doesn’t sleep at not she wakes up every two hours yeah but the last two nights she has blessed us with a little bit more sleep yeah but we still we’re relying on our black coffee M and sometimes I put butter in it if I do butter sometimes if increase your fat well not just that if I’m hungry but not.
Like really hungry butter coffee helps and actually it will help satiate me until it’s time to eat and usually um I try to get 10,000 not 10,000 miles 10,000 steps daily daily yeah our our goal for 2025 was to try to get 10,000 steps daily and I feel like we done pretty good on that yep I actually have an or we have an app she has her Fitbit.
To but I have an app that the first generation Fitbit yeah I’ve had since before I even dated you yeah um but anyways before I was rudely interrupted I have an app that I use that tracks my steps if she was my wife I’ll pop in the back of the head I’ll still do it but anyways I have an app that.
Actually tracks my steps and I use that um to help me figure out how many steps I get and so far it’s actually been pretty good and for days when it’s cold if I can’t get outside I usually get on a treadmill and just which been this last couple weeks has been a lot of that yeah yeah having to find us a new routine.
Because we can’t get outside and do our Sunshine walks yeah our our youngest that Grace she’s eight months she does she’s not like that she loves being outside walking in the orgo yes so soon as she sees us put it on she just starts just like a fish out of water yeah yeah we had snow for like a week and a half and our seven-year-old was just like.
Y’all go walk and I’ll be in the front yard playing in the snow mhm it was it was a really good snow Yeah and speaking of our seven-month old we had you know we we there’s seven years difference between both of our daughters is because we had trouble getting pregnant for the second time with her youngest daughter and something.
That helped me that I was going to talk about today is I was animal based when did I do that like 2023 July um I started going gluten-free and then I kind of just naturally switched into like animal-based and started focusing on my movement and just prioritizing my my health and I think it was like what two one two three.
Months it was really really quick it was about 3 months we got pregnant with Gracie girl yeah cuz you had uh so hey boost fertility balance your hormones well with you yeah You’ had insulin resistance and uh you talked to a doctor and she said to try cutting out gluten yeah we’ve actually been gluten-free longer than we than we’ve been carnivore.
Yeah and the gluten actually gluten is actually really good for people with OS workers or any type of person that has is autism it it helps with the brain not have brain fog which but uh I was going to say this morning we’re man like I did my steps she did her steps but she like made this good spread but by the time it all happened my sugar.
Was low so I was like when my Su I I slaved over that breakfast but we couldn’t we couldn’t do a timeout and like get our our footage and our filming equipment all set up he had just we had to just sit down and eat because his sugar was dropping let let me ask this how many diabetics out there whenever their sugar gets low how many of them.
Actually have brainfog where they cannot think cuz that is me that’s the reason why we waited because we had have done the if we had have done the video whenever my sugar was low I would have been like uh yeah and you couldn’t put your sentence together no we got you fed now we’ll just chitchat with y’all about what’s going on with.
Our connover journey this month and previously and currently now yeah drinking our sweet and black coffee because we’re about to fall asleep because even though our youngest is sleeping all through the night we can’t seem to sleep all through the night no we’re stuck on uh waking up periodically every two.
Hours yeah even though she’s not doing that now but anyways we’re doing this for accountability and just to document our progress so we can look back on it maybe motivate ourselves or somebody else maybe some of our information might help y’all yeah to show us how far we’ve come progressed and just if you happen to.
Find this video and you have any questions or topics you’d like us to talk about comment below yeah and we’ll like and follow and share and subscribe yeah and subscribe yeah not follow but yeah we will we look forward to any questions y’all have so if you can just uh message us and we’ll do our.
