Add 1/4 cup rice flour in batches while whisking again add some buttermilk for moisture add 1/4 cup of tapio of flour and mix well continue adding the buttermilk for moisture once all the flowers are mixed in add 1 teaspoon edible gum and make sure it is mixed in well add 1/4 taspo salt in another Bowl add 3 tbsp of cocoa.
