so today we are getting into two recipes if you are gluten-free and dairy free um and if you are grain-free these are the recipes for you there’s no grains there’s no rice flour there’s no dairy or anything like that I’m sharing a recipe also for powdered sugar if you’re someone who can’t have corn or corn.

Out so we’re going to start making these 12 gingerbread men one two 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 blend cup I have a half cup of just some organic sugar and I have 2 tbspoon of root flour and I’m going to blend these on high to make our powdered sugar just blended it on high and now we have some powdered powdered sugar just like that.

That’s my little trick so right now we have that mixture that I told you about for the homemade powdered sugar is going to make you 3/4 of a cup I just took half of a cup of that mixture and I’m going to add about a teaspoon at a time of water to just make our icing so I’m going to add in one.

Teaspoon of water at a time there’s one I’m going to start mixing you’re going to be surprised at how little water you’re actually going to need for this you can also use milk I’m going to add my second teaspoon of water okay and keep in mind since this is an organic sugar it has it does have have a molasses content and minerals in.

It so it is not going to be perfectly white if you want a white frosting um white powdered sugar you might need to use a different brand or just purchase it this is going to be my third teaspoon of water going to mix it mix it mix it and then we will have our icing and there is our icing as you can.

See it is not a white icing it’s kind of a tan icing it’s kind of a beige icing yes it’s kind of beige so there is our icing so here are our gingerbread men so they are starting they’re hot but this is what they’re going to look like they will crisp up they are already.
