Today on gal kitchen we will be making zucchini bread what make this recipe special is because the ingredients are safe for people with gut issues since we do not use any grains which are hard to digest instead we use bakit which is a sudo grain and also this recipe is totally glutenfree we’re going to start with one cup of shredded uh coconut this.

Is fine shredded coconuts and we are going to add 34 cup of water and two teaspoons of vanilla and we are going to blend it well okay so next we are going to mix the dry ingredients so we have here one cup of.

Baket flour and this is sprouted back with flour we only use sprouted seeds um next we have 34 cup of coconut sugar next 34 cup of flax seed grounded half a cup of a root next is one tbspoon of AIA powder so.

This is the pure esia we use only those the real froods and this is half a teaspoon of salt okay so now we are going to mix it else so now we have here the sunflower seat and it’s just barely.

chopped okay now two cups of zucchini so there I have also the coconut that I mix it um I blend it with the water in the vanilla so I’m going to add it now so I have a glove now so I can mix this faster.

Here and I’m going to B it 350 for about 90 minutes you have to check depending on your oven so I like to spread it away evenly and looking good 90 minutes is up now.
