I do like a hot sausage so I’m hoping these things will give me the kick that I desire let’s find out as we try the Asda extra special six triple chili pork sausages so we have glutenfree pork sausages with habanero Chipotle and jalapeno chilies we can Grill them fry them oven cook.
Them or air fry them I think I’ll just fry a couple of these today for 15 to 18 minutes see you shortly so here they are my friends straight after their panning they seem to Tak taking on a nice color all.
Over and this one has going a little bit darker so it offers a little bit more scratch than that one and they feel really meaty quite dense underneath that fork all right let’s open one up so what it’s like inside looks like we’re presented with a rather juicy sausage and I’m liking all.
Those green flexs in there the chili we can see the juice on the plate at that a bit of a squeeze o BL me check the mushat at the same time but yes the Fork’s gone through that nicely yeah the collagen casing holding its own and what we can see here some decent looking pork actually pork makes up.
80% of these sausages and look at this little fell smiling away at us okay I’m going to cut through the tip oh look at that got some red chili action over this side nice and I got to say that the knife does feel really good as it Glides through that thing I have to say they’re looking.
Rather hearty to me I’m liking the way they shine as well and I can smell herbs and spices coming at me like you wouldn’t believe so I’m looking forward to getting involved got to say it’s a nice firm fella look at that doesn’t wobble doesn’t droop right here we go.
Oh yeah I really like that instantly what a wonderful flavor M the blend of herbs and spices is miraculous it’s sort of halfway to a savy in flavor but not in texture or quality obviously L but yeah there’s some great stuff in there I’m guessing garlic onion probably.
Paprika you know things like that it’s nice and Porky as well and really juicy really juicy oh that’s good A little bit of heat building up let’s go again see if that gets any hotter oh it’s lovely wow what a sausage I can feel a bit of heat and my tongue and a bit of hit in my throat as well so that’s good you.
Know they’re not going to blow your head off though so IID say they’re really well spiced with a good heat about them I do love that juiciness though it is good they would be tremendous with some beans or even just you know on a sausage Sani something like that really really really really good I can take more heat though.
And when they’re banging on about three chilies in here you know I I would like you know to have my tongue burned off by them but Cy they’re still wonderful things I’m going to give them N9 and a half out of 10 to the last bite so as the extra special triple chili pork sausages bit of a m to say that but my goodness what a wonderful.
